| These services are available first and foremost to Real Escapes Preferred Clients. Hurricane Services are included in the annual contract as follows: |

All exterior furniture to be put away |
|
Garbage cans to be secured |
|
Lower of Existing Hurricane Shutters |
|
Shut off propane tanks that lead to the house and barbecue grill |

| are available to a contracted - include but are not limited to: |
|
Installation of plywood over accessible windows and doors. (Plywood would be saved under the house for further use) |

Monitor affected area for damage and impact of storm on the contracted property |
|
Check for electrical operation - disconnect power if necessary |
|
Check dunes, if contracted property is oceanfront, to confirm stabilization |

At the prospect of a Category 3 Hurricane making land fall. The power will be turned off at the breaker box by throwing the master breaker; any personal items left in the refrigerator will be disposed of at the owners' expense. |

| Real Escapes Service Personnel: Will monitor all-weather conditions |
|
Once the storm and danger is over, immediately visit the contracted property, inspect, digitally photograph and assess the property for damage, send to owner. |

In the event of property damage Real Escapes Service Personnel will: |

Notify Owner (s) |

Notify Insurance Company |
| |
Notify the Rental Company (if applicable) |

Notify Homeowners Association |
|
Estimate and schedule necessary repairs e.g.: roofing, carpentry, electrical, etc. |
|
At all times the owner (s) of the property will be kept informed of all processes to repair and secure contracted property. |
